How often do you meet?
We meet once per week, currently on Fridays, from September through April. We usually have a 10 week semester, take a break for Christmas, and then have a second 10 week semester.

THIS page on our website tells you how to add your name to the interest list for FLA.
How do you determine who gets in off the wait list?
We do not add families in the order that they apply. Instead, we will add families based on our demographics and class sizes. We also listen to input from our members, pray, and then board members vote on which families to add. We will then send an email extending the invitation to join FLA.
What is the cost to be a member of FLA?
There is a $65 annual membership fee, There is also a $126 building fee per semester. Additionally, most of our classes have a fee. This cost is determined by the teacher of the class and is meant to cover materials for the class only. Fees will vary semester to semester based on the class.
Who teaches the classes?
Classes are taught by the moms, and sometimes the dads, of FLA.
Are you a drop off group?
No, we are not a drop off group. To be a part of FLA you must be ALL IN. All children at FLA are expected to have an adult there supervising them.
What types of classes are offered, and for what ages?
Our class offerings change each semester based on the needs of the group and what the parents are excited to and able to teach. Classes are offered for ages 3-18. In the past, we have offered science, art, photography, drama, singing, folk dance, bedtime math, jump rope, soccer, chess, sewing, phonics, literature, languages, book clubs, dating, logic, writing, LEMI classes, Lego robotics, etc. We try to offer a good spread of classes each semester so there is something for everyone all within the lens of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We have monthly youth activities, family dances, Summer park days, and many more activities planned throughout the year.
