  1. Spiritually strengthening
  2. Intellectually enlarging
  3. Character building
  4. Leading to lifelong learning and service

Vision Statement

We seek to build lifelong learners committed to excellence in scholarship and unwavering integrity. Rooted in the discipleship of Jesus Christ, we develop servant-leaders prepared to build the Kingdom of God.

History of FLA

Family Leadership Academy began in 2013 as a small group of families with a shared desire to create a faith-centered educational community. We initially met in event centers and school facilities, starting with a full day of classes using The Family School curriculum. As our vision expanded, so did our community.

Over the years, FLA evolved into a robust half-day program that meets weekly for two 10-week semesters. We have grown from just trying to "fill the schedule" to a thriving, purpose-driven community full of vision, spirit, and love.

FLA now supports:
  • More than 50 youth in a strong leadership program
  • Family-wide events and retreats
  • A student-led culture of inclusion, leadership, and excitement
  • A wide variety of Christ-centered classes inspired by the gifts of our mentors
  • Major performing arts productions and service trips
Through it all, we've maintained our commitment to gospel-centered learning, consecrated service, and a Zion-like atmosphere rooted in trust, joy, and the Spirit of Christ.
